Delivery
Orders placed on the website will be delivered within one to five business days from the time the order is processed. Delivery of orders over 1500 UAH is FREE.
Domestic Delivery
Delivery within Ukraine is handled by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta. To receive your order, you need to present a passport or driver's license.
If the order value does not exceed 1500 UAH, delivery is charged according to the carrier's tariffs (approximately 80-100 UAH).
International Delivery
If you are ordering from outside Ukraine, please note that the delivery cost does not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied in the destination country.
Additional costs, such as customs duties, taxes (e.g., VAT), and other import fees for international deliveries, are paid by you, the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information on local tariffs.
If you wish to return an item for any reason, DoRechi does not refund customs duties or taxes paid upon delivery.

Non-cash prepayment: 100% prepayment.

Cash on Delivery: Payment upon receipt at the Nova Poshta office. The cash-on-delivery service fee is 2% of the order value plus 20 UAH, according to the carrier's rates.
Orders under 500 UAH require full prepayment to the bank account.
