Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Ukrainian Law "On Consumer Protection".
If you need advice before returning an order, please contact us. Please note that any postal and courier expenses related to the return of goods are non-refundable.
We will process a return or exchange if you have not used the product and return it in the same condition as when purchased with all the labels attached.
You can return the ordered goods via Nova Poshta. The refund will be credited to your bank card within 3 business days after we receive the return. Account details can be sent to our email do_rechi@ukr.net. Proof of purchase can be a sales receipt or a bill from Nova Poshta.
Returns of International delivery
If you wish to return an item for any reason, DoRechi does not refund customs duties or taxes paid upon delivery.
All returned items must be accompanied by a document that verifies the order from the online store.
